An invaluable gift

This planet is a beautiful mélange of living and non living things and elements. When we think of human civilization and evolution some elements despite being non-existent in concrete form, have a great value. Many wave these elements away, often disregarding them as non-living, but the ones who make sure to value them are truly wealthy in every sense. One such element in our life is emotion. Emotions are a complex phenomenon. It is about our feelings about a thing, situation or a person. The best thing about emotions is that we can choose how we feel about something and we can spread how we feel across the world.

Positive emotions have a strong impact on a person. And one person is determined to spread happiness and joy among the known and unknown, he/she has the power to share his feelings through gestures. Sharing is a strong gesture. The gesture has the hidden superpower to transport smiles across miles. When we share something out of a good gesture, along with the physically existing commodity, a strong positive vibe travels the distance between two humans to set them on same wavelength. It is the wavelength of feelings, of happiness, of smiles and of positivity.

When I open up a pack of any of the McCain Snacks I strongly feel that the brand, apart from the ingredients have packed something special, something beyond value in the small packet of the frozen snack. It always brought a smile to my face. One fine Sunday, not having much to do, I thought of sharing happiness with others. How would I do it, was still a hurdle for my thoughts.

While focusing on this food for thought, I prepared the easy-to-make Mc Cain Wedges, French Fries and Smiles. The smiles made me smile, and the thought of sharing the same smiles with someone, made me even more excited. I quickly prepared the same, and packed it in a hot case so as to capture its freshness, and set out the foot out of the house. I do not know what made me do so, but as soon as I came out of the house, I had a thought to share these smiles with someone who really cherishes the happiness, with a open heart. And then I thought of Kallu and his friends. Kallu is a young boy, who lives nearby, with his parents, in the slum area adjacent to our colony. Her mother irons the clothes of the locality, and life has always been hard for them. He often delivers the clothes to my flat, and today, I thought of touching his life, with a smile.

Feeling contended and fulfilled, I walked towards his house, only to find him play nearby with his friends. I immediately signaled him to come to me. He is a friendly child always ready to strike a conversation with anyone. But today, I promised more than a delightful conversation. As he and his friends came nearby, I asked them to accompany me to the nearby park for a Sunday picnic. They were overjoyed at the proposal. I took them to the park, where I made them all to sit in a circular shape. Everyone was beaming in high spirits, and I told them I wished to treat them today, for they are good children.
Their eyes lit up with a strange sense of serenity and joy. It seemed as if we were suddenly on the same plain, despite being so different, in age and in lifestyle. As I opened up the boxes in front of them, they were hesitant to take a step forward to grab a bite of the delectable fries, smiles and wedges. I took the initiative and offered to each of them, with a smile on my face. That moment when I was sharing food with them, made me feel as if I am sharing a part of myself, and feeling happy about the same.
I was calmly seeing them eat peacefully, when I saw Kallu came to me with a box in his hand, extending his hand towards me, and said, “Bhaia, aap to lo na!!” The moment made me realize how important is to share, in order to feel the real pleasure of life. the smile which we shared amongst ourselves.. that invaluable gift which I got from my little friends made me learn the lesson of life, and the pleasure of sharing, in order to attain peace.

Life... the eternal journey

Either Run!! Walk, if cant run… Crawl, if cant walk… Because stopping at a point will never give direction.. But moving would surely lead to solutions….. Life is constantly moving. It gives new experiences each single day. It is never the same. It is never constant. Life is a process and we are meant to perform the process in synchronization of its speed else we would be left behind somewhere. There is no point of stopping midway in life thinking of the past experiences as we have very less time in our hands to take the right decision that can turn our future bright. If we keep on hooked to the moments that are gone, we ourselves are freeing lesser space for more to come in future. Human brain is vast but it has the tendency to think over a particular issue at a time. If we keep on feeding it with redundant and obsolete data, surely it would decrease our efficiency as a person to work upon our development and success. Never stop, yes it is alright to halt for a momen
Gore haathon me mehandi ka rang hai gehra.... Laage hai ab pyar karne waalon ka aane wala hai waqt sunahara... Ek ek pal ab lagne laga hai thehara thehera.... Ab to bas saanson par hai ek bas yaar ke naam ka pehra... Aa jaye bas ab wo pal jab milein pyar karne waale do dil.... Waqt ko bhagao jaldi kaho yar ko ab jaldi se aa mil Aane ko hi ab hai raat milan ki... Khatam hone ko hi hain ab ghadiyaan sabar ki... Aayega jab yaar tab aayegi suhaani bahaar Milega aakhirkaar tootkar chaha hua wo pyar Jeewan mein fir ek naya savera hoga Khushiyon ka subah shaam fir zindagi mein basera hoga... -Anmol

Think before you act, your act affects others, do consider this fact…

“This is my life!! Do not try to interfere”…. Pallav shouted hard at Meera, hard enough to shake the very soul of her. She had always been the most affectionate and caring personality in Pallav’s life right from his childhood. She had been a friend, companion, a support system and his soul mate. She had seen worse times of his life and made sure he never broke off during the darkened phases of life. She had cared for him as a mother, listened to his apprehensions like a sister, supported him as a wife, and stood by her through the test of time. Their relationship was the one where the weight to push forward the relationship and future were only on the delicate shoulders of Meera. Every single night she would cry hard thinking about her destiny that her future held. It was not that she was unhappy about her relationship. But, she too deserved care; she yearned for love; she wanted affection from the one whom she considers her life. She had always been a pillar that supported
